Replacement and deeply investment of production capacity for Duyen Hai mechanical joint stock company

Location: Quan Toan - Hong Bang - Hai Phong

 

Target of project: Replacement of production facility as planned by Hai Phong People's Committee, increasing the output from 500-600 gear boxes per year to more than 2,000 gear boxes per year and investing in the technological equipment for casting of workpiece, welding, mechanical machining process (machining of tooth,  tooth grinding, tooth flaking, casing machining); heat treatment technology (penetrated with gas carbon gas, surface curing); Inspecting operation (ultrasonic testing machine, tooth probe testing machine etc); Finishing operation (Load test, electrostatic painting).

 

The project has been completed and put into use since 2012.
