Youth Union of Machines and Industrial Equipment Corporation was established on 26 March 2003, its office is located at No. 2 Trieu Quoc Dat, Hoan Kiem district, Hanoi (currently known as No. 7A Mac Thi Buoi, Vinh Tuy ward, Hai Ba Trung district, Hanoi).

Trade Union of Machines and Industrial Equipment Corporation was established under Decision No. 03/QĐ-CL dated 7 January 1997 made by Trade Union of Vietnam National Mechanics and Metallurgy (currently known as Vietnam National Union of Workers in Industry and Trade)
