Congress Of Youth Union Of Hanoi Mechanical Company For 2017 – 2019 Tenure

On 04 April 2017, Hanoi Mechanical Company Limited organized the Congress of the Youth Union of the Company for 2017-2019 tenure. Participants of the Congress are the upper Youth Union’s representatives, including Mr. Dang Quang Hai – Member of the Executive Committee of Hanoi Youth Organization, Member of the Executive Committee of the Party Committee of Hanoi Industrial Cluster, Secretary of Youth Union of Hanoi Industrial Cluster and staff in charge from Youth Union Office, leaders of the party committee and leaders of the company, including Ms. Phan Pham Ha, Secretary of Party Committee – General Director of the Company, employees in the Executive Committee of the Party Committee, directorate of the company, trade union, women committee and leaders of units.

 

At the congress, participants listened to the report made by the Executive Committee of the Youth Union of the Company for 2014-2017 tenure regarding assessment on the youth work implementation and youth movement in 2014-2017 period; orientation and duties set out for 2017-2019 tenure; reports and presentations of youth union branches and instructions made by leaders of the Company and representatives of the standing committee of the Youth Union of Hanoi Industrial Cluster.

In the past tenure, under instructions of the Party Committee, the board of directors, General Director of the Company, together with the efforts of employees, Hanoi Mechanical Company Limited obtained significant achievements, continuously affirming the company’s position and prestige in many fields, business and production activity of the company has been continuously expanded and developed, jobs, life and income of employees have been ensured. Along with such development, youth work and movement of the company has significantly changed, continuously create in-depth and effective movements of the company. The Youth Union of the Company has gradually expressed its sense of responsibility and role in the implementation of programmes and activity plan of the Standing Committee of Hanoi Industrial Cluster in terms of youth work and movements.

 

The Youth Union of the Company implemented well movements like “5 points of priorities for socio-economic development and national protection” và “4 points of priority given to the youth on the way of their career”; promoting initiatives and technical improvement. The Executive Committee of the company actively implemented youth activities in the company as well as appealed young people to participate in activities launched by the upper Youth Union such as youth sports festival, arts exchange…Members in the Youth Union of the Company have always fulfilled their professional duties, promoting business and production activities of the Company.

 

      At the congress, Mr. Dang Quang Hai and Ms. Phan Pham Ha acknowledged and commended contributions and excellent achievements of the Youth Union of Hanoi Mechanical Company Limited during the last tenure. The Youth Union of the Company made positive contributions to the business and production work to reach the expected productivity of the company. Regarding the development orientation of the youth union of the company in the new tenure, he hoped that all members of the Youth Union will continuously make contributions to the development of the company. Besides, he also emphasized on political education and training for members of the Youth Union in close connection with activity contents raised the upper Youth Union, promoting inspection, supervision and development of practical activities and movements closely related to business and production activities in the company, etc.

 

Congress of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Hanoi Mechanical Company Limited, for the tenure of 2017-2019 took place successfully. The Congress elected the Executive Committee of Youth Union, for the tenure of 2017 – 2019, which includes 11 members, including Mr. Doan Van Binh who was elected as Secretary, Mr. Nguyen Van Duy elected as Deputy Secretary, Ms. Le Thanh Mai elected as member of Standing Committee.

Also, Leaders of Youth Union of Hanoi Industrial Cluster and the Company gave flowers to Secretary, Deputy Director and the Executive Committee who successfully completed their duties in 2014 – 2017 tenure, simultaneously wished them good health and success.

 

With support and attention of leaders together with enthusiasm, self-motivated and creative of young people, it is believed that the Youth Union of the Company in their new tenure will continuously make Hanoi Mechanical trade name stronger.
