Machines and Industrial Equipment Corporation: 20th Anniversary And Rewarding Ceremony Of Second Class Labour Medal

On May 12th, in Hanoi, the Machinery and Industrial Equipment Corporation (MIE) solemnly organized the 20th Anniversary of its establishment and Ceremony for receiving the Second Class Labour Medal awarded by the State.
The Coropration has been founded in 1990 following the merger of many ministries and general departments which have consequentially occurred with the sequence of the formation of a number of state-owned corporations. On May 12th, 1990, MIE was officially established under the decision of the Council of Ministers (as the Government currently) ... After 20-year period for continual development, MIE surpasses many difficulties and challenges, withstands the fierce competition and demonstrate robust and sustainable growth derived from its driven strategy. At the time to be newly established, MIE was funded with the initial charter capital of VND 100 billion, however, in 2009, MIE has incorporated with 15 operating subsidiaries with total charter capital of nearly VND 800 billion and generated total revenue nearly VND 2.800 billion in the whole system ... In addition, MIE also affirms the role for the enterprise of rich traditions, contributing to the development of the mechanical engineering industry of Vietnam.
At the anniversary, Deputy Minister of Ministry of Industry and Trade Do Huu Hao, on behalf of the Party and State, has awarded the Second Class Labor Medal to the Corporation and sent congratulations to all staff members of MIE.
