Bao Lam 3 Hydropower Project

Bao Lam 3 Hydropower Project is owned by the No. 1 Electricity Construction Joint Stock Company (PCC1) with a total investment budget of 2000 billion VND, total capacity of 46MW and an annual power output of 192.175 million kWh. The project was constructed on Nho Que River, located in Duc Hanh commune, Bao Lam district, Cao Bang province, and in Niem Tong commune, Meo Vac district, Ha Giang province. The project construction is expected to be completed within 2 years and will generate power to the national grid by the end of 2017.
The project contract of manufacturing, transportation and installation for hydro-technical mechanical equipment is being implemented by Machinery Industrial and Equipment Corporation (MIE). Contract value is more than 28 billion VND.
