Na Tau Hydropower Plant

On January 31st, 2013, a general contract No. 01/2013/HÐKT/BM-Mie for the upgrading and rehabilitation of Na Tau hydropower plant was signed by Machinery and Industrial Equipment Corporation with a value of 61 billion dong,
Na Tau Hydropower Plant is located on Bac Vong River, Quang Uyen District, Cao Bang Province, to be 30km far away from the north-east of Cao Bang Town.
This project is to upgrade and renovate the old Na Tau hydropower plant with the capacity of 0.4 MW with 2 generator units, this upgraded plant has a capacity of 6 MW with 2 genrator units.
Construction duration: 1.5 years.
The work was completed in January 2014.
