Pa Chien hydropower project

- The contractors taking part in Project: MIE, Uyen Hung Construction JSC, Phuc Kien Nam Dien Co.,ltd, Buon Kuop Co.,ltd.

- Scope of work of MIE: design, fabricate, supply and install hydro mechanical equipment and install plant M&E equipment.

 

MIE đã trực tiếp thiết kế và chế tạo toàn bộ hệ thống xi lanh thủy lực với lực nâng đến 30 tấn, hành trình 4000 mm, đảm bảo các thông số vận hành ổn định. MIE sẽ áp dụng các kinh nghiệm đã có được sau thành công của công trình này vào các dự án thủy điện nhỏ tiếp theo.

 

This is the first small hydropower project, which is directly implemented by MIE from design to the fabrication stage of hydraulic mechanical equipment and pressure pipeline. During the design process, MIE has a good coordination with the Owner's Technical Design and Equipment Consultant, changing of lifting equipment for valve from using traditional screw driver into  hydraulic cylinder in order improve operation condition and especially to meet the requirements of emergency valve opening and closing when any problem occur during plant operation. MIE has directly designed and fabricated the entire hydraulic cylinder system with lifting capacity of up to 30 tons, schoke of 4000 mm, ensuring for stable operating parameters. MIE applied the experiences gained from the success of this project to the next small hydropower projects.

 

- Technical specifications: 2 generator units, with installed capacity of 22 MW, annualy average power output of 81.75 million kWh.

- Date of start construction: 10/02/2012.

- Date of generation units synchronise to the national grid: 23th June, 2013.
