NOTIFICATION ON MEETING INVITATION

The 1st general meeting of shareholders

To: Shareholders of

Machines and Industrial Equipment Corporation

Machines and Industrial Equipment Corporation would like to invite you to participate in the 1st general meeting of shareholders organized by Machines and Industrial Equipment Corporation, specifically:

1. Time and venue

Time: from 8:00, 16 January 2017

Venue: Army Guest House, 33 Pham Ngu Lao, Hanoi

2. Meeting contents: following the meeting agenda (as attached)

3. Documents for the meeting: be posted on the website of the Corporation from 6 January 2017. You are kindly requested to study those meeting documents in advance at: www.mie.com.vn

4. Meeting agenda, Confirmation Note on meeting participation and Letter of Attorney for meeting participation: were already sent to shareholders in attachment with Meeting Invitation.

5. Conditions for meeting participation: All shareholders shall purchase shares which were issued for the 1st time by the Corporation.

- Shareholders may suggest issues which should be included in the Meeting Agenda of the general meeting of shareholders. Such suggestion must be made in writing and sent to the Corporation before 16:00 on 13 January 2017.

- Applications of candidature or recommendation for members of the board of directors and the control board (following forms of the Corporation) shall be sent to the Corporation before 16:00 on 13 January 2017.

          - In case of not participating in the general meeting, shareholders may authorize others (following forms of the Corporation) to participate in the meeting. Confirmation on meeting participation and letter of authorization shall be sent to the Corporation before 16:00 on 13 January 2017.

Notes: You are kindly requested to submit Meeting Invitation, attached documents and ID cards so that  the Organization Board may check for shareholders’ conduct and distribute documents. In case of authorization, please kindly fill all information as required by the form of the Corporation.
