The 1st general meeting of shareholders of Machines and Industrial Equipment Corporation

Pursuant to Official Letter No. 130/CV-BCT dated 05 January 2017 regarding the organization of the 1st general meeting of shareholders of Machines and Industrial Equipment Corporation;

 

Pursuant to Decision No. 68/QĐ-BCT dated 09 January 2017 appointing the representative for the state capital at Machines and Industrial Equipment Corporation;

 

Pursuant to Official Letter No. 286/BCT-TCCB dated 11 January 2017 regarding introduction on those participating in the Board of directors, Chairman of Board of directors, General Director.

 

On 16 January 2017, Machines and Industrial Equipment Corporation conducted the 1st general meeting of shareholders at the Meeting Hall of Army Hotel, No. 33C Pham Ngu Lao, Hoan Kiem district, Hanoi City. Main contents: Approving the Charter on operations, approving the business and production plan in the period from 2017 to 2019; approving the pittance rate paid to the board of directors and the control board; selecting the auditing unit and electing the board of directors and control board.

 

The general meeting approved through voting the Charter on operation; business and production plan in 3-year period (2017-2019); pittance plan for the board of directors and the control board in 2017; the options on selecting the auditing unit for financial statement 2017 and electing the board of directors and control board of Machines and Industrial Equipment Corporation, 2017-2021 tenure, specifically:

 

1. The board of directors:

- Mr. Tran Quoc Toan

- Mr. Nguyen Khac Hai

- Mr. Hoang Minh Viet

- Mr. Cu Ngoc Phuong

 

2. Control Board:

- Mr. Dinh Quang Hoa 

- Mr. Le Van Phong

 

The Board of directors and the Control Board conducted the 1st meeting session to elect the Chairman of the Board of director, vote for appointing the positions as General Director and the Head of Control Board, the results are as follows:

- The board of directors agreed to elect Mr. Tran Quoc Toan as the Chairman of the board of directors of Machines and Industrial Equipment Corporation from the electing date on 16 January 2017 for the tenure from 2017 to 2021.
- The board of directors agreed to appoint Mr. Nguyen Khac Hai to hold the position as General Director of Machines and Industrial Equipment Corporation for the tenure from 2017 to 2021, assigned Chairman of the Board of directors to sign the decision on appointing General Director.

- The Control Board elected Mr. Dinh Quang Hoa to hold the position as the Head of the Control Board of Machines and Industrial Equipment Corporation from the electing date on 16 January 2017 for the tenure from 2017 to 2021.
