Notification on the list of shareholders for security registration and deposit

NOTIFICATION

Sub: Fixing the list of shareholders to implement securities registration and depository 

To: Shareholders of Machines and Industrial Equipment Corporation

            In implementation of Circular No. 180/2015/TB-BTC dated 13 November 2015 of Ministry of Finance regarding guidance on registering for securities transactions on the securities system for securities which have not been posted.

            In order to prepare for posting stocks on UPCOM stock market, Machines and Industrial Equipment Corporation would like to give notification on fixing the list of shareholders for the purpose of the 1st security registration and depository at Vietnam Securities Depository at following:

            1. Information on the stocks registered for depository:

            - Name of stocks: Machines and Industrial Equipment Corporation

            - Type of stock: Common stock

            - Par value: VND 10,000/ stock

            2. The time for fixing the list of shareholders for depository registration: 16:00 on 10 April 2017.

            3. Purpose of fixing the list of shareholders: securities depository for concentrated depository at Vietnam Securities Depository.

            4. If you have the demand of transferring or receiving stock transferring, ID cards shall be submitted to Machines and Industrial Equipment Corporation to implement necessary procedures for stock transferring before 16:00 on 10 April 2017, at the following address:

            Once coming, you are kindly requested to submit the Request for stock transferring (following stipulated form), Contract on stock transferring (following stipulated form), ID cards (in copies of the transferee and the transfer in attachment with origins for comparison) and attachments (if any).

            Notes: for preferred stocks, it is required to commit that transferring shall not be implemented during the commitment period.

            5. After fixing the list of shareholders, Machines and Industrial Equipment Corporation shall not give confirmation or take responsibility for any stock transferring transactions.

6. After fixing the list of shareholders, Machines and Industrial Equipment Corporation will continuously finalize other procedures for the purposes of depository at Vietnam Securities Depository, posting and concentrated transactions at Upcom stock market as scheduled and as stipulated by applicable regulations. Machines and Industrial Equipment Corporation will give a notification on the official posting date through media and on the website of the Machines and Industrial Equipment Corporation.
