Bac Me Hydropower Project

Bac Me Hydropower plant, which was started for construction in November 2014 with a total investment budget of 1,454 billion VND, is invested by Construction Trading Joint Stock Company Corporation. This is the fifth coordinated hydropower plant in the planning of Gam River flow, whose functions to supply power to the national power system. Total installed capacity of the plant is 45MW, the yearly average power output is 197 million kWh. The project was constructed in Yen Phong and Phu Nam Communes, Bac Me District, Ha Giang Province.

 

The contract of BM-TB02 package "Supply, transport, installation and technical service of hydraulic mechanical equipment" is being implemented by Machinery and Industrial Equipment Corporation (MIE) for Bac Me Hydropower project. Total contract value is 99.99 billion dong. Estimated contract completion with in  2017.
