On December 18, 2019 at the headquarters of The Machines and Industrial Equipment Corporation (MIE) at 7A Mac Thi Buoi Street, Vinh Tuy Ward, Hai Ba Trung District, Ha Noi, the Board of Directors and the State Capital Representation Division at MIE organized the 2019 Review Conference.
On December 18, 2019 at the headquarters of The Machines and Industrial Equipment Corporation (MIE) at 7A Mac Thi Buoi Street, Vinh Tuy Ward, Hai Ba Trung District, Ha Noi, the Board of Directors and the State Capital Representation Division at MIE organized the 2019 Review Conference.
Attending the conference were members of the Board of Directors, members of the Board of Management, Head of the Supervisory Board, Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Corporation, Chairman of the Trade Union of the Corporation, Human Resources Manager and State capital representative department of MIE
At the conference, Mr. Tran Quoc Toan, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Corporation, in charge of State capital representative department presented the Board of Directors Proposal Report 2019 and business orientation of MIE in 2020
Participants contributed and exchanged opinions on the content of the Proposal Report
Based on the comments and opinions, the Board of Directors will take and complete the Report to develop thematic resolutions for management and business operations in 2020. At the same time, Department of Construction reports to submit to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in 2020.
