On the afternoon of January 7, 2021, at the headquarters of Vietnam National Complete Equipment and Technics Import-Export Corporation Limited (Techonoimport), Machines and Industrial Equiment Corporation assigned Mr. Pham Thanh Dong, Deputy General Director of the Corporation concurrently the position of Chairman of Technoimport Company from January 1, 2021
On the afternoon of January 7, 2021, at the headquarters of Vietnam National Complete Equipment and Technics Import-Export Corporation Limited (Techonoimport), Machines and Industrial Equiment Corporation assigned Mr. Pham Thanh Dong, Deputy General Director of the Corporation concurrently the position of Chairman of Technoimport Company from January 1, 2021.
Attending the ceremony were Mr. Tran Quoc Toan, Secretary of the Party Committee - Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Corporation; Mr Le Quoc Hung, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Acting General Director of the Corporation, Mr Dau Huy Ngoc Linh, Deputy General Director, Ms Le Thi Minh Huyen, Deputy Head of the Organization - Human Resources Department of the Corporation and other members of the Company Leader, Trade Union Chairman and Chief Accountant of Technoimport Company.
Under the authorization of the General Director of the Corporation, at the ceremony, Ms. Le Thi Minh Huyen announced the following Decisions:
1. Decision No. 1198/QD-MIE-TCNS dated December 29, 2020 on the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan from the position of Chairman of Technoimport Company;
2. Decision No. 1199/QD-MIE-TCNS dated December 29, 2020 on assigning concurrently the position of Chairman of Technoimport Company to Mr. Pham Thanh Dong, Deputy General Director of the Corporation;
3. Decision No. 1209/QD-MIE-HĐQT dated December 30, 2020 on the appointment and adjustment of the proportion of capital share and authorized contribution amount of the Corporation's representative at Technoimport Company.
Mr Le Quoc Hung handed the Appointment Decision to Mr Pham Thanh Dong, and delivered a speech to direct and assign tasks to Mr Dong.
Speaking at the Conference, Mr. Tran Quoc Toan suggested that the Company's Chairman and the Board of Directors urgently perform the tasks of restructuring branches, finding solutions to avoid losses.
Mr. Pham Thanh Dong, Deputy General Director of the Corporation in the position of Chairman of Technoimport Company expressed his gratitude for the attention, trust and assignment of the Corporation's leaders, and at the same time, in his new position, he promised to together with the leaders, officers and employees of Technoimport Company, unite and strive together to solve the shortcomings, carry out the restructuring of the enterprise, and well complete the assigned tasks. , meet the requirements and tasks set out in the new situation
