Announcement Ceremony for the Appointment of Vice General Director Nguyen Van Giap

On the morning of August 12, 2025, at the headquarters of the Corporation located at 7A Mac Thi Buoi Street, Vinh Tuy Ward, Hanoi City, the Machines And Industrial Equipment Corporation solemnly held a ceremony to announce the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Van Giap, Director of the Investment Consulting and Industrial Technical Services Company (ISC), as Vice General Director of the Corporation.
The ceremony was attended by Mr. Tran Quoc Toan, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Board of Directors; members of the Board of Directors; Vice General Directors; Head of the Supervisory Board; Chairman of the Trade Union; Heads and Vice Heads of departments, divisions, and centers of the Corporation; and Directors of ISC, Industrial Construction Company, and the Chairman of Technoimport Company.
On behalf of the Board of Directors, Ms. Le Thi Minh Huyen, Head of the Organization and Personnel Department, officially announced Decision No. 568/QĐ-MIE-HĐQT dated August 5, 2025, issued by the Board of Directors, appointing Mr. Nguyen Van Giap, Director of ISC, to the position of Vice General Director of the Machines And Industrial Equipment Corporation. The decision takes effect from the date of signing.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Le Huy Hai, General Director of the Corporation, extended his congratulations to Mr. Nguyen Van Giap on his new appointment. He entrusted Mr. Giap with the responsibility of continuing to apply his expertise and leadership to advance the Corporation’s mission. Mr. Hai also encouraged him to collaborate closely with the executive team and all employees to foster the Corporation’s sustained growth and stability.
In his remarks, Mr. Nguyen Van Giap expressed heartfelt appreciation to the Corporation’s leadership for their trust and confidence in his appointment as Vice General Director. He recognized the role as both a great honor and a significant responsibility, and affirmed his commitment to fulfilling all assigned duties, contributing to the Corporation’s continued growth and stability.
