Implementing the Decision No. 4873/QĐ-BCT dated May 30th, 2014 with reference to equitization of Machines and Industrial Equipment Corporation (MIE), which accordingly execute equitization of Holding Company – Machines and Industrial Equipment Corporation accompanied with 4 subsidiaries including: Hanoi Mechanical One Member State-owned Limited Liability Company, Quang Trung Mechanical One Member State-owned Limited Liability Company, Mechanical Product Import Export One Member State-owned Limited Liability Company, Engineering and Complete Equipment Import Export One Member  Limited Liability Company. Under the roadmap, Machines and Industrial Equipment Corporation will have completed the equitization activities in the Year 2015.

 

At the moment, the Corporation along with subsidiaries and Wall Street Security JSC has undertaken to prepare Equitization Plan and share aunction in accordance with the plan submitted to competent authorities.
