Continuing 2019 working program of the Corporation's leaders with its member units, on May 7, 2019 at Mechanical Product Import - Export One Member Limited Liability Company (Mecanimex), address: 37 Trang Thi, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi, the delegation, led by Mr. Nguyen Khac Hai, General Director of Machines and Industrial Equipment Corporation (MIE), had a meeting with the Board of Directors of Mecanimex Company.
 
Attending the meeting, from MIE, there were representatives of Board of Directors, Head of Supervisory Board, Heads of Boards: Human Resource, Finance and Accounting, Economic and Technical Planning and General Assistant of Director of the Corporation.
 
From Mecanimex Company, attending the meeting, there were Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Binh, Chairman cum General Director of the Company, members of Board of Directors, Heads of Finance and Accounting Department and other specialized departments of the unit.
 
           
At the meeting, on behalf of leaders of Mecanimex Company, Chairman cum General Director Nguyen Thi Thanh Binh reported to General Director Nguyen Khac Hai and MIE delegation about the business and production situation in the first 3 months, the plan for the last 9 months of 2019; Phase-2 investment situation of the relocation projects and plan to restructure Tu Son Factory.
 
After hearing the report of the Chairman cum General Director of the Company, opinions of Deputy General Director, Head of Finance and Accounting Department and heads of other departments of the Company on the content of the meeting and opinions of the specialized divisions of the Corporation, the General Director of the Corporation concluded as follows:
 
1. Regarding production and business activities:
- The Company has focused on personnel and capital to operate and manage effectively the production and business activities of Tu Son Factory to ensure that the orders are processed as committed as well as the product quality.
- The development orientation of the Corporation was issued on May 4, 2019, in which the development orientation to 2021and direction to 2026 of the Corporation has been clearly and specifically defined. Propose the Chairman cum General Director and the Board of Management of the Company to closely follow the development orientation of the Corporation to establish the Compnay’s detailed annual plan of implementation, especially for 2019, 2020, 2021 and report to the Corporation:
+ For 2019, the Corporation has assigned the production and business plan, propose the Company to check and review the assigned targets and report to the Corporation before June 30, 2019.
+ For the upcoming years, propose the Company to report the production and business plan of the next implementing year in December of each year.
 
2. Regarding the financial management work:
Continue to strengthen financial management, which focuses on: Risk management in commercial business; The recovery of outstanding debts and bad debts.
 
3. Regarding the restructuring of Tu Son Factory:
The factory restructuring plan is now implemented slowlier than the requirement, therefore, propose the Company to focus on guiding the implementation of the restructuring plan, specifically: The company should establish the factory restructuring plan (project) development team led by the General Director of the Company as the Team Leader and report to the Corporation before June 30, 2019. The report should focuses on the following major issues:
 - Restructuring the organization and personnel of  Tu Son Factory in the direction of: Streamline management departments to improve the work effectiveness; Allocate expenditures and products to each production department as well as to each worker.
- Reviewing the production process and capacity, balancing capital sources, and drawing up investment plans for urgent machinery in service of production.
