Review meeting for 3rd quarter 2017 Machines and industrial equipment corporation

The Machines and Industrial Equipment Corporation on October 16, 2017 held a Review Meeting for the 3rd quarter 2017 at the Tools Joint Stock Company No. 1, Lot No. 8, Yen Nghia Small and Medium-sized Industrial Cluster, Ha Dong district, Hanoi.
The meeting welcomed presence of the Chairman of Board of Director (BOM), General Director, Deputy General Director, Chairman of Supervisory Board, President of Trade Union, Managers and Deputy managers of departments and divisions as well as center director of the Corporation; Chairmen, General Directors and Directors of member units and subordinated units.
After the report made by the Economy – Planning – Engineering Board of the Corporation regarding:
Production and business situation of the first 3 quarters of 2017 and orientations for the 4th quarter of 2017;
Finalizationof Equitization;
Application of the promulgated Regulations, Charter of the Corporation.
And based on opinions during discussions and assessments made by the BOD Chairman, Chairman of Supervisory Board, Deputy General Director cum Manager of Finance – Accounting Department, Manager of HR Department, President of Trade Union of the Corporation; Chairmen and General Directors of the units regarding the discussed content during the Meeting, the General Director of the Corporation made the following conclusions:
1. Regarding production and business activities.
To boost production activities, expand the scale, increase industrial production turnover, increase return on sales and increase incremental capital - output ratio, the units of the Corporation are required to:
a) Carefully review and calculate the production costs (management, human resources, machinery, depreciation, etc.) to figure out solutions on: Management and Administration; Management structure; Mechanism of salary and bonus for employees to reduce costs to the lowest, reduce product prices, increase the competitiveness of each type of product.
b) Promote their cooperation, cohesion and use of products of each other.
2. Regarding Capitalization settlement
a) To request the Hanoi Mechanical Company and Technoimport to finalize and submit the dossiers on Capitalization settlement to the Corporation before October 30, 2017.
b) The units shall concentrate on urging tax offices to make tax finalization for finalizing dossiers on Capitalization settlement of the Corporation and submit them to the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry of Finance before November 30, 2017.
3. Others
a) To request the units to carry out researches and strictly follow the regulations on: Financial management; Management of key personnel; Announcement of Information and Charter of the One Member Company Limited which has been promulgated.
b) To well perform the reporting, follow report quality and deadlines. In case of delayed reports or substandard reports submitted to the Corporation, the General Directors and Directors of relevant units shall take full responsibility.
c) To request the units to continue reviewing the structure of the managerial apparatus, thoroughly reducing the indirect sections; strengthening the situation in which one person can take various roles.
