On the morning of June 20, 2025, the Party Committee of the MIE Agency solemnly convened its 6th Party Congress for the 2025–2030 term at the headquarters of the Machines and Industrial Equipment Corporation. 

On May 5, 2025, in Ha Giang City, Hai Duong Grinding Stone Joint Stock Company (Damahad) successfully held its 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM). The meeting was attended by 13 shareholders representing 13,467,556 shares out of a total of 14,670,833 outstanding shares, equivalent to 91.8% of the voting shares.

On April 19, 2025, in Hai Phong City, Duyen Hai Mechanical Joint Stock Company (DMC) successfully held its 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, which also marked the beginning of the 2025–2030 term.

On April 26, 2025, in Hanoi, Tools Joint Stock Company No.1 successfully held its 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM). The meeting approved the Company’s 2024 performance report and the business and investment plan for 2025.

On the morning of March 11, 2025, in Hanoi, the Machines and Industrial Equipment Corporation held a Conference on Implementing Measures to Execute Resolution No. 192/2025/QH15 of the National Assembly. The conference was co-chaired by Mr. Tran Quoc Toan, Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Mr. Le Huy Hai, General Director of the Corporation.
